The single prettiest Friendship Signature Quilt I've seen. The 1930's fabrics are vibrant and solid. I've given it an all-over heavy quilting design that adds a lot of wonderful texture to the quilt and gives the names even more prominence. There are 108 names which I'm going to add to the listing below if you are curious. Each name appears to have been hand signed by each person, and then embroidered in unique ways. Some have a little flower, or a fun little flourish, one says "God Bless Your Home" and a couple have dates, which are included with the list of names below.
This quilt has a spectacular variety of fabrics and is composed of 330 pieces and a nice vibrant assortment of colors. It measures 60x66 inches. I could not find any stains with a thorough search, but as with all vintage quilts there may be tiny spots here and there which I did not catch. It's been paired with a cute, sage green calico on the back and is hand bound with a pretty, light fabric.
An easily collectible piece of American history and heritage.
It is safe to machine wash and dry (with care following instructions... basically in cold water with no harsh detergents or bleach). I've already washed and dried this quilt.

STORY OF VINTAGE RESCUE QUILTS
Following my love of Vintage Quilts and Quilt History, I find and source unfinished vintage quilt tops from various sources. I then make any repairs needed to the quilt top, including mending loose seams, replacing disintegrated fabrics, and attending to stains that may be treated. I then pair the quilt with a modern fabric backing and batting and quilt it using my longarm quilting machine. I use no computers on my longarm and everything is done manually. In the end, these unfinished quilts from long ago are transformed into quilts that are totally amazing, stunning, and well, beautiful! Sometimes I'm so struck by a quilt's transformation! It is an honor to bring these beauties into the future and finally give them the ability to be used and loved!
QUILT CARE
❀ ❀ wash cold, gentle cycle, mild soap and dry in a normal drier on low to medium or lay flat or hang to dry. Do not hang in direct sunlight to dry.
